    Take your computer to a reputable local computer repair place.  They can probably remove the malware without loosing all of your files.

    Woke up to this full red screen with a message to call 855-977-4101 before using computer.  I didn't do anything different the last time I used the net, I went and scanned and nothing came up, so I went into programs and there was two things added, like Offerdeal and something else and I removed them.  Not sure if it will take care of it.
