    This number came up on my computer saying that 2 malicious viruses may have been detected and for me to call technical support at this number. Music plays and nobody answers. And I can't clear the damn message from my laptop.

    yeah i called to troll em and they seem to be local but they did try to spoof me with bs saying i had a virus but really didnt

    DO NOT deal with these people, do not do anything they say. If you have already downloaded software from a link they gave you, disconnect your PC from the internet, save your personal stuff, then re-format and do a clean installation of windows. Virus scan your old files before you restore to your machine.
