Claimed to be  Joseph  and Associates. But it doesn't  exist when I Google it and the number doesn't show up when searched.

Got a call from this number. The woman gave her name as Renee (was rude as crap), told me there was a process server from Fulton County (Atlanta) that was going to be serving me Monday and I needed to call back before Monday if I wanted it to be re-routed. Gave a phone number and reference number. I called back and got some guy that was also rude. Told him I thought he was a scammer and hung up. I dare them to call again.

Claim to be from Joseph & Asso. Refuse to give his name. Stating that I owe $1900 from a credit card bill and that if I didn’t pay over the phone the sheriff was in my area to serve me with Court papers.  Dumb people did not realize that I didn’t have credit or credit cards from 11years ago. Scam and fraud

got the same call. ...stated I would be served a summons.  I asked regarding what and he didn't say.  The guy was very rude!!!

Received a message to call them back with my case number to change where I was going to be served. The rough female voice referenced Kenton County. Never lived there or the possible State. I won’t be calling. Nothing is on my credit and I have checked it regularly for years. Scam !

Received a similar call same rude persons they did reference my drivers license number and last four of my SSN also they called my daughter. Definitely pursuing this [***] how dare they reference personal information and threaten people! First call from Jaclyn and 2nd from Jacob.
