I got the same threatening call

When I called after getting the call today the guy answered and knew right away what my name was and asked if I was that person. He said it politely and I just told him this was a minors number, seeing that it is my daughters, and he said he’d take it off the list. Funny how they call all these people and have documents and are coming with them but never show up. 🤦‍♀️

Very suspicious caller.  Seems to have all the indications of a scam or aggressive junk debt buyer. Left message at my parents house as well.

I just received a call from this number called themselves Michael Ramos with threats. They also call my job. Talking about claims being filed. I didn't quite get the name of the county.

Calling my job is illegal. This person called himself Michael Ramos. He called with threats then hung up in my face. Called himself an Arbitration Officer. He said he was with Skypoint.

Left no message but these idiots tried this 2 years ago.  Threatened with all kinds of papers to be served.  Lots of complaints in our local area.  Scam...

I have a call ...with the number register as a unite state, he said he's name is Taylor Stain and he gave to me his I'd number like 248_ 2500 saying that  if  the I'm not take care of a debit I have I would be serve next week, he want for me to set a payments plan by phone, I ask him the I would like to see him in person and he said they don't handle those cases but by phone the he just trying to help me out before I get serve...I will wait until next week to see what happens...

Nothing will happen - your callers sound like typical debt extortion scammers.  Real process servers do not call ahead of schedule.  In any case, if you owed a debt, you would have gotten lots of letters.  You don't learn about a debt via scammy, threatening phone calls (which are illegal).  You can learn more at the link below, from the FTC:

Received a call from 955-984-4491 requesting they are coming to my place of employment to get me to sign legal documentation, I will need two forms of ID( I am not working) He is a scammer, have heard this name before.

Called me looking for my boyfriends son who lives in TX. and is 40 yrs. old. We live in Missouri .I told him he had the wrong number and hung up. He called back and asked if there was a reason I was rude. I told him and hung up again. He then called back and I let my boyfriend talk to him and he told him he was his father. He told him to call his son and talk to him like a good father would. We hung up and blocked the number.

I got the same call, I told them i would be seating on my yard waiting in a white chair in a black shirt, blue pants. all day.

Your basic upper NY state "Buffalo Bully"  Common phony service of process/debt collection scam.  Block and ignore any calls from this number or this "Sky Point" group.

I got a phone call from these people on Monday and immediately went into a hunt to find the people in charge whatever they're doing. Like most, I was told I missed legal papers being delivered. Called trying to get more information and every single time I was hung up on. So, here is what I've found.

The alleged debt is originally through FlexShopper. It had been sold over and over again until it reached a company called JTM Capital Management. JTM Capital Management hired a company called Capital Link Management LLC to collect the debt on their behalf. Capital Link Management LLC owns Skypoint Acquisitions.

It's almost impossible to get anyone to answer a question, let alone respond. This is the typical Buffalo New York debt game. They all hide in layers of LLC so that you will give up trying to find them.
