This number called my DNC-listed landline last night. The number isn't even a valid one, so it's likely just another scam artist.

And this number tried calling again, today.  Number is still not a valid one.

They called my wireless saying they were from my health ins wanting to send nurse in to check my vitals and to verify my address.

They just called me and said there were from Signify health, hired by my insurance company and I was eligible for a check-up at home and they wanted to send doctor/nurse to my home, asked for my home address. I said I was not at home for a while due to work and they kept being pushy about me booking an appointment with them.
