Repeated attempts to call, even though blocked! I have never done business with them.

She scheduled a physician visit saying they are 3rd party doing routine service for Humana.

She is aggressive, tried to intimidate me and accusing me of abusing an elderly, keeps calling ...definitely annoying and disturbing.

I repeatedly tell these people I'm not interested in a home visit, first of all, I see Dr.s, why do I want and health insurance agent trying to get my medical background, aren't there hippa laws in place.

Yes there are laws in place but they don't apply to this. You should take the time to read what they apply to.

They wanted me to schedule an at home doctor's exam. I have no need, and have no idea how they got my number. Definitely some kind of insurance scam!

They received your information from your health insurance company as they are hired and paid for by that company.

They have called me some 10 times; I finally called back and was told that Humana demands I take health exam, and I told I like my Dr some 30 years with him. So why would I change or let you in my house? The lady one phone was like was getting beating me up trying hard to make appointment. I keep calling Humana after 4 calls they told me it does not have to if i don't want to .. Where does it say i have to or someone out of the blue start harrying me to come into my personal life.
