It says that it's spectrum and to get the discounted Wi-Fi rate we have to add two new mobile lines 2-hour account... We've already did that we added three lines to the account and switched our mobile to spectrum. So very confused. They want me to call this number back even though it's not the number that appears on my bill!

Is that possibly the number that you gave to Spectrum?! Only thing I can think of, is that you possibly gave them that number along with your regular number..?
Because it says it Spectrum when they call me and we just moved & switched our mobile phone carrier to Spectrum to get discounted Wi-Fi instead of paying $90 so our child can do her homework.. it keeps telling me that we have to add 2 new lines to get the discounted rate, even though we already added 3 lines and was told that definitely qualified us for the discounted Wi-Fi of $40 a month.
