this number is a scam. don't believe this.

Said I made payment plan with them and I didn't even talk to them.

Said they had some documents to serve me. Never said for what, told me to call this number to prevent from being served. So that I “can work something out”. Total scam. They are just trying to link up a name with the number.

received call from private number with message for someone named Christopher and that they were going to be at his place of residence in 1 hour to serve him some documents. Also said to call 855-984-6226 to avoid being served. Don't know who this is. Guy said his name is Travis but couldn't understand his last name. How do they continue to get away with this? Total scam. You don't warn someone that they are going to be served. Just crazy. I just blocked them.

Received an 'urgent' voicemail from a female caller, for my son (?), to call them immediately, or he will be taken to court, fora default payment. I called the #, the man had his name & DOB, want him to work out a payment plan. My son has no clue what this is about.

Called ti say they are going to serve me documents and need me to be home in an hour or go to my workplace and locate me there to have documents signed with my supervisor present. What? Did not state who they were. I have no idea what this is about. Pretty threatening.

Just recieved the same call.  Said they will be at my residence today.  If I wasn't there they would go to my place of employment and I'd need to have a supervisor present to be a witness.  I haven't lived at that address in two years, so have fun guys!

Just received this call from an unknown number and left a message saying they need to verify my address for pre-legal matter to serve me and the notice is scheduled to be filed in my local jurisdiction and if I don't respond further action will be completed against me.

Just received the same exact call from a Tim Stewart...i sent it to voicemail but it said they'd be at my house tomorrow between the hours of 12-2:30 and if i wasn't there they'd come to my workplace and my supervisor had to be there. Oh and that I needed two forks of ID and a witness. If you're serving somebody u don't need witnesses and ID. Furthermore they don't tell u they're serving you they just show up. These people are threatening others...how do they get away with this

Left a message from an "Unknown" number to call this number and that I need to be available between the hours of 12 and 5 today (he called at 3:30) so some documents can be served to me. He will come to my place of employment so I need two forms of ID and a witness so I need to make sure I'm available. Did not leave his name or company name or what the documents were about except to call "The Firm" at this number.

Called my husband and I separately and left voicemail for my mother in law. Not sure how they got our phone numbers. Said his name was Stan Capitano and there was a complaint turned over from IPR? about an agreement that was backed out on and they have verified address of residence and employment and that she needed to contact the firm handling this claim at this number. He also added on the end "This is now your final notice, good luck."

Got the same calls from 2 different people I called back was given a line of feces when I asked what this was about the male started yelling at me .. funny thing was he was on speaker phone and I had a local cop listing and I told the male he wasn't getting anything from me and he went ballistic I thought he was going to have a stroke .. anyway did a police report .. don't even call this group back .. most likely tweakers

They just called me and I sent them to voicemail, got the same vm (going to serve me, blah blah, coming to my job). I just got out of the hospital after two unexpected days and won’t be at work so good luck there jacka***. Plus I have a ACA certification and am FDCPA certified. Then they called my husband and told him!! They’re breaking all kinds of laws. HUGE one is harassment.

They called from an unknown number. Tim Anderson said he was calling me to serve me ...and he needed a signature for some documemts they also said I needed two forms of ID & a witness. They said if I don't respond from hours of 12-3 I would be facing consequences. They would be looking for me at my home or work..okay and then they gave me a docket number for my "case" and also saying ive been verbally served even though I don't.know the name of.the company..I called the number they left in the voicemail trying to figure out what happen they pretty much said if I give them a small fee for an amour of money. I owe that they can work out something and not take me.to.court...these guys are scams. Just wanted my credit card info..and verify my work.and current adress..they search me somehow and found 3 addresses I had 7years ago...none are recent...and.gave me.some threats ...I blocked.them...:)
