Called stated he would come to my home to bring me a file

I got the same call

Received a call from Josh Levine private courier  saying that I will be served with documents at a prior address and to call this phone number prior to delivery. This is a scam as the issue had already been resolved years ago.

My name is very common.  I have no outstanding issues with anyone and never did.  The caller says his name is Mr. Webster and he was coming to ... - an address I have never heard of.  I have every reason to believe this is a sham.

Mr. Joseph Webster who claims to be a process server in the state of Texas has called harrasing me at home and at work.  I looked up his name on the list of current licensed process servers with the Texas Justice Board and his name is NOT on it.  He is a liar and threatening.  Said he is coming to my house and my work shortly.  Come on Joseph!  I invited you to deliver your "sealed" documents to my house but you didn't show up.  These scare tactics are old and boring.

Why not give the Texas Justice Board a call about imposter??  This appears to be a new number.

I have already done it.  Not sure what they can do but I filed a complaint with TJB and the FCC.

www.consumerfinance.gov too.  FTC is a better call than the FCC though.

Got a call and message from someone sounding like a complete idiot who said that its name was Carmen Beck a private courier in my area and that she/he was going to be delivering to me sealed documents after 5 and for me to be available so that I can sign and to have a witness available. She also told me to consider myself notified and that the package was coming from a 585 Sugar Valley address and that if I would like to reschedule the delivery I would need to call this number back . Whoever these people are the joke's on them because I'm not an idiot who believes something so dumb. She/he tried to make its voice sound very urgent and threatening.

I just got an almost identical message. Carmen Beck, Private courier, yadda yadda. Only difference being the address was 4261 davis street. She just called me again today asking for someone with a name similar but clearly not mine I.E. "Joan Smitts and my name is John Smith" Then I said she had the wrong number, she continued, I told her again and she said "I don't know why you have to lie about this". lol. I can't even figure out what the scam is supposed to be.

Same call, new name Alex Reed, I have no motivation to talk to him or threaten him, maybe I'll call him when Im drunk.

I received the same message from a Carmen Beck" both yesterday and today. The message was for a name similar to mine but not mine and the address was one I have never heard of. I was home all day yesterday and no one ever showed up and today's message said she was going to make a final attempt to deliver the alleged documents before attempting to deliver to a relatives address. Good luck with that!!

That person Carmen Beck just called me too and directed me to the 855-984-6228 number...I called it and some girl wouldn't stop talking fast about money my 91 year old mother supposedly owes...I told her to stop talking and that my mother hasn't signed for anything in 10 years and she wanted me to send her info about being a power of attorney for Mom...I told her to go shove it

received calls from this number ... february 14 & february 19 a sarah scott left nasty. live messages  . courier trying serve papers.
