Alleged court case against payday loan.  Threatened a court date.

Received call from Scott Owens - the number showed up unknown. He did not say who the company was. He said he was going to be delivering paperwork to me - at some address that I do not reside at - and that I needed to have an ID when he got there.  He told me to call the # back if I had questions and to consider myself notified.

Received call from Nelson Grant for my brother. He stated that he rec'd paperwork from one of his clients, and that it was also delivered to my brother's house with no response. He requested a call back from my brother or his attorney and left a call back number of 800-321-9820. I called  the number and Brook answered "Recovery account solutions"

Called unavailable caller id. Left voicemail for "Sarah"  said they were a local courier and that they had sealed documents for this Sarah person and would be at such and such address within the hour. Ended the voicemail by saying "consider yourself notified there, Sarah"  They had a sarcastic tone to their voice and tried to sound intimidating. I think whatever creditor that's behind these calls, bought out very old payday loan debt.  It's getting close to the point where the debt is about to be written off (7 years) and they're trying any tactic they can to try and collect. Ignore them... Also inform close friends/family, as it seems they will contact them with this tactic as well, from what I've read by other sources about these calls.  I got the 855# off the message they left on my voicemail and I tried to call it to let them know they had the wrong number but it put me on hold

“Positive one time there for Amber my name is _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_ private carrier here in the area calling to notify you _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ paperwork I have for you being issued out to you today and it requires your signature need to be available to photo ID and failure to receive your signature for any reason will be marked down against you as a refusal to _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ action _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ Dagan questions concerns or if you need to reschedule my appearance today call the office immediately at 855-984-6233 make yourself available consider yourself notified and I'll be seeing you soon…” Transcript of the voicemail. Tone was extremely threatening. No detail was given as to what this is referring to.

received a call from 1-855-984-6233 , I called back , and a Janice kirk answered, very different what they left on voicemail ,,,, scammers/fraud,,,,,,,,,,

Call showed up unknown got the same exact threatening voicemail from a Scott Owen no one showed up to my address did not bother calling back because it freaked me out.
