This phone# wasn't identified by my phone, so I'm assuming it was a robocall.

Not being "identified" by your phone, which by the way doesn't identify anything does not make it a "robocall".  You clearly don't know what that word means and you are simply using it because you heard it.  Caller ID is furnished by your phone carrier.  The CNUM portion is the incoming number whether it is spoofed or not.  The CNAM portion is provided when your phone carrier looks up the number in a database(s).  There are many reasons why there was no name attached.  They looked into the wrong database, the database was never updated, or the most common reason is that your phone carrier was too cheap to pay the DIP fees to get the results and never bothered to look it up.

Was listed on caller ID as being "NIIB". A google search of the company name reveals no information. I am unsure whether it is or is not a legitimate call.

Just received the same call, but I missed it and only saw it as recently received.  I have no idea what it could be.

Rang once, phone indicated "Verified," hang up as I picked it up

I got that call just now. Rang twice then stopped. Caller ID says Niib from Massachusetts

9/13 I got scammed big time.Over weekend I figured it out and now scammers freaking out, calling repeatedly because they had a plan to call Monday before I knew I was being scammed. Now this 857 465 3051 has called my landline with NIIB as caller ID.
Scammers spoofed my local sheriff’s phone number to get me on the hook in the first place.

How did you get "scammed big time"?  Someone called you and you think that is scamming?

This NiiB came up on my caller id. I was out of the room but I think it rang once or maybe twice and stopped.
