I received a robo call at 3:00 AM and woke me up. It said somekind of stupid message.

it used to be a company that people pay for prank calls but i guess that company went out because i used a website that calls your missplaced phone

We were called twice in one night during our sleep - between 1 and 3 am. We want there to be limits to comedy calls so they are not disruptive.

Is it a home phone or a cell phone? If it's a cell phone, cut it off until it's time to get up, I turn mine off when I go to bed every night

Got two calls in the middle of the night that were supposedly wake up calls.  Going to report them AND block them.  Creeps.
