A recording that said we called them to much & blocked my # temporarily . I called the # left on the message 1-800-506-5899 , & it asked me if I wanted to be removed from teir call list or talk to a representative . I tried to do both but could not talk to anyone .

Been calling my parents house several times a day for the past month, each time asking for my dad by his name and when my mom says he's not home (because he really isn't) they just hang up on her.  Upon trying to call them back to ask to be removed from their calling list a recording states that our number has been blocked for calling them too much (which is crazy because it was the very first time we had called them.)

The recording gave my mom an idea though, she called our local phone company (which is Comcast) to see if their number can be blocked from calling our number and it is possible and easy to do!

Everyone, just dial *60 (again this is with Comcast, no idea if all local companies have this feature) and it will give you step by step instructions on how to block a particular number from calling your house.  The only catch is you can only have a dozen numbers on this block list.

I tested it by blocking my cell phone number and the recording gives a message with something like "Sorry this number is not accepting calls at the moment, try again at another time."

The other day they called saying they were with ATT and told my husband our bill was past due and our services were being cut off. I happened to be online and pulled up our account and we had a zero balance, when he said that was wrong we didn't have a balance she hung up on him. Today they called twice the first time they hung before I could even answer, the second time I answered and they hung right after! So I called it back and it says "8005065899 has blocked my number because of excessive phone calls to it, so I dialed the 800 # and it gave me an option to have my number blocked. Hope it works!

Have called numerous times but left no message.  Call ID did not show  the number but called fax line and it printed out just the number.

Stupid idiot has called five times in the last two days.  We have started answering so we could give them h... but they hang up when we answer.  Do not understand the purpose of the calls if they are not going to respond.  It is a shame that these jerks can get away with this s...  Why register with do not call if there is nothing done but then again that is our government.....

Called back, was able this time to record a message that I am sure they did not want to hear but promised they would remove our numbers but they also promised that January 27.  Still do not identify whom they are.

Third time today I got a call and finally there was a dumb a.. on the other end. I gave her a piece of my mind.  Wanted to talk to me about my phone bill.  I told her I would like to talk to her about these non stop scam calls.  She told me I did not have to be so rude.  I told her she did not have to call either.  She hung up.

i called them back after i hung up on them.  they said they were going to lower my phone bill rates and when i called back, my number was "temerarily blocked from thios number."

I just recieved a call form that same number.  They were trying to switch my long distance.  They kept asking me if I was the one who handled the phone bill.  When I asked if they were from AT&T, I heard a noise like the guy dropped the phone but I could still hear voices in the back ground.  When I tried to call them back I got the same thing, that my number had been blocked cuz I call too many times.  What kind of people take these jobs?  My gues is not very good people cuz their job is to trick and decieve people in to buying a product that is too exspensive and something they do not really need.  Do business really think telemarketing really works?  I think it is a waist of that companys money.  They should spend that money on real advertising.

This # is driving me crazy. They call 2-3 times a day and hang up when we answer.

They called my phone number and acted like he was from Verison and wanted to lower my phone bill. Then they hung up the phone like thugs.

Several calls a day from them.  When I tried to call them, MY number was blocked from calling them because it said I had made a large volume of calls to them...my number was blocked!  LOL

told me i was calling this # way too much and is blocking my calls temporarily.

They told me they were calling from verizon and were going to lower my monthly phone bill by reducing the all the service fees.  I was skeptical and told them no.

I say we string 'em up.

They call three times a day and hang up after I say my office greeting. The caller I.D say Long Distance and when I try calling it back the recording says I have been blocked from contacting this number...annoying is all!

No one answered they just hung up
