Imaging Healthcare Specialists - They are a radiology business in San Diego County, at least, maybe elsewhere, who do out of hospital X-rays, MRI's, CT Scans, etc., etc., and if you got a call from them one would hope you had an appointment for some sort of X-ray or Scan.

Why are they calling my cell phone at 9:30 PM on the east coast. Mumbo jumbo.

This is a legitimate medical/diagnostic facility.  I knew that much from the number, as I've used them in the past.  However, I shouldn't have gotten the call.  They received a referral from a doctor, and when they brought up the patient info in the system, they accessed it by date of birth, not name.  I was relieved to learn it wasn't some kind of fraud, but it was still a little unnerving.
