Yet another call (pre-recorded message) from Ann with "Account Services."  The pre-recorded message from Ann promises to lower my credit card interest rates and warns my that I should consider this my final notice.  I've been receiving these spam/scam calls almost daily for two years.  They call from spoofed CallerIDs and have no interest in removing anyone from their calling lists.  The only option when listening to the pre-recorded message is to press 1 to speak to a representative.  Pressing 1 routes you to an "agent" who will try to get you to divulge your credit card numbers.  Asking to be removed will get them to hang up on you.  Asking them why they called you will get them to hang up on you.  I haven't found ANYTHING that will actually make them stop calling.

Could you explain your solution again and what is the app you are suggesting.  I don't understand,  but am willing to try anything as are others.  Thanks

Got robo call on my cell phone.  Of course it is illegal to do that but these scam callers don't care. Unfortunately I don't know how to block calls on my cell phone.  I block the max on my land line system (30) to reduce interruptions as much as possible. I didn't answer and of course no message was left.

The card number is 5588 3200 1566 5863. The expiration date of 9/2016. The telephone number on the back of the card for Citi Business Cards is 800-732-6000. The last four numbers of your social security number is 0309. The zipcode for your mailing address is 62220. If they ask, your name is Ricky R. Currier (if you're female make it Ricki). They will take this information and ask you to hold. They then will call the 800 number for Citi to try to verify the card and of course it will come up as invalid information. The rep will come back on the phone and ask you to reverify the card number....change one digit. He'll say "Oh that's what the problem was. Please hold while I check again". All of this will take about 10 minutes of your time. When the b****ead comes back the second time to tell you there seems to be a problem, tell him "Oh all the information I gave you is fake. I wanted to waste your time like you have wasted my time by calling my home/office for the past 3 years" LOL it really upsets them and you can expect to hear some foul language. Have fun.

Another card services call.  Someone had a good idea.  I enter all these in my contact list as "junk", so when they call again from the same number, "junk" appears as the caller ID.  Doesn't stop them from calling, but at least I don't answer.  Started doing this last week, and have 15 numbers entered already.

Since these scammers have been doing this for years and the FTC does nothing it will continue.

PLEASE STOP THE HANG UP CALLS.

Well since we have the same ole president he does not care about us.
They have now let the marketers have our cell phone number.  What a great world we live in..

I receive calls from this number several times a day, every day.

These are criminals, so could care less about breaking any laws, plus they have the intelligence of a piece of feces. I now record all harassment calls, and depending on gender, say the most vulgar, disgusting, vile things I can think of in that moment. If I have already gotten a call from that # in the past few days, I throw in questions like do they want to die after I cut their #*%&^ off, or do they want what's left of their organs to be put to good use. The last time one came after me, I thanked her for volunteering, and told her my last prey gave up without much of a fight so I am in dire need of another hunt.
It won't stop the harassment, but at least I can freak them out for a few minutes.

As long as they are calling you, you are in the clear to say pretty much anything you want. If you call them, then they will try to claim to be a victim. Until we get the news that a boiler room was wiped out during blah blah blah, we will just have to keep messing with them.

I have been receiving these calls despite reporting this number to the Do Not Call registry as a violator.  Unbelievable how they continue to call.

I lead them on. Never give them correct information. Then tell them I will quit wasting their time if they quit wasting mine. One time the guy started cussing and swearing at me. I just laughed and hung up. Felt really good about that one.
