did not leave a message thought strange so I google the number and got this post

Lady said her name was Danielle Fritts of Covenant Health. She said she had the wrong number but she never asked for anyone???

keep getting a call from this number but the lady won't leave a message. friends said it is parkwest hospital think its a survey call

Harrassing calls every single day

They call me repeatedly but never leave a message. Why wouldn't a business leave a message? They are a huge nuisance. If they have a business reason for calling me, they should tell me what that is. They don't even tell me who they are.

Received a call from this number from a male admin who I was. When I asked who he was trying to call he said I don't know

I answered because in a quick Google search, I saw "Fort Sanders", which is a hospital close to where my mom lives. The person, who sounded like an elderly man, said "who is this?", to which I replied, "who is THIS?". He said "Well, I'm looking for Bill Stevens!". We hung up when I said "sorry, you have the wrong number."

Based on other posts here, my guess is it's a patient's room, maybe for those with dimentia (?) and sometimes you get patients who don't really know what they're doing using the phones to call random people who they think they know.

My wife started getting phone calls from this number after a visit to Fort Sanders Regional Emergency Department. We attempted to call the number back, but the it is only available for outgoing calls. We contacted the hospital (on a Sunday), and they informed us that the hospital billing department is closed on the weekends, therefore, we are inclined to believe it is related to a third-party customer service survey.

Yes, that is who calls me requesting PAYMENT on Account. Gee! One would wonder (insurance companies should set charges; based on what they will pay for services rendered and their client(s) pay Nothing. (Period)

Called in early morning Hawaii time.  Missed call because so early;  I am retired so don't have to be up early anymore.  I once was a patient at Parkwest Hospital in Knoxville but that was 84/85 and services were paid in full at that time.

I got a call from this number TONIGHT at 10:13PM. A Saturday night. I couldn't answer in time because I was in line at weigels gas station with a big bag of ice in one arm and two 2 liter sodas in the other, trying to purchase some cigarettes for my wife which I found ironic because the number is indeed linked to FT Sanders and covenant health. Perhaps a sign from God to advise me to put the soda down and not buy smokes.

No message was left can I tried to call back the number which has a voice machine tell you that the number is only an outbound line for Covenant Health and does not receive calls and that I could be any facility / Dept as there is a Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center there is the emergency room for Fort Sanders there is Fort Sanders perinatal Center there's Fort Sanders OBGYN the list goes on and on.

Doesn't look like I'm the only one who's gotten late night calls from this number I live in Knoxville so I'm in the Eastern Time Zone exactly where Covenant Health/FT. Sanders is. What I'm trying to find out is why the hell are they calling me at 10 at night? My wife and I were both there a week ago but I don't think that should be any reason for them to call me at 10 at night so WTF?

Never ever been to fort sanders. The number was the same as everyone else. Do NOT answer. It is being re-routed. My niece works at our local telephone co-op. They call it spoofing.

Have never been to fort sanders hospital.  Did not answer. Looked up the number. This behavior is a sign of spoofing.
