I got a phone call from this number at 10:46 AM Eastern Time, but I refused to answer the phone because I didn't recognize the caller ID. The YouMail app on my phone flagged it as an "Interest Rate Scam" with the same harassers with the same sales pitch trying to sell me lowering interest rates on my so-called "credit card account." In reality, I NEVER applied a credit card recently nor ever owned one. NOT NOW, NOT EVER! It is a scammer misusing someone's local phone number so that he/she can try to scam me. I reported robocalls and scammers that spoofed random US and local 865 phone numbers trying to sell me lowered interest rates to the Federal Trade Commission before and my phone number is on the Tennessee and National Do Not Call Registries. I did not give them permission to call me nor have I done business with them.
