call me 2 - 3 times a day.  won't leave message.  if i call back they say 'this is agent'  going on for several months.

DON'T EVER GIVE ANY COLLECTION AGENCY YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT. Have them send you a statement in the mail and tell them you will send them a money order. NEVER EVER give them your bank acount info. They will push you, they will threaten to take you to court, they will try to convince you that you can ONLY pay through you bank account but they are LYING! Trust me. You push back and be firm!

if u have caller id, just dont answer the phone, its that easy

It's an 800 number...why would you answer....OR check you VM from another phone which you can do by calling your own number and pressing # during the VM message.

They are some sort of credit card collector.

must be another scam, fhey keep taking money out of my bank account after they told me they would stop
