While I do order soma over the phone with a company in San Diego I did notice a couple months ago my account executive said that they had a massive turnover in upper management and if I got a phone call from this company to either reject it or answer and tell them to quit call me or would file a complaint. It was also at this time that my order has always been reviewed by another person (supervisor is the term they use), and my AE has led me to the conclusion that phone numbers were stolen. This number started calling in approximately November, and December is when he told me about it.

It is highly illegal for them to sell Lortab or the stronger medications because these are regulated highly and in fact my state had someone who claimed to "own" a online pharmacy (and actually got a commission from another company on whatever they sold, they didnt own it) and they pled guilty for selling a controlled substance over the internet. They didnt go to trial to prevent 7 to 10 years per count...and were facing 20 counts.

My state has come forward and even said that "some medications" (ie soma, ultram, and a few others) are not a controlled substance in Utah (although I wonder about the Ultram as my own doctor is nervous about it) but there is a list you can look into to find out. Lortab is highly sought in my state (and I presume other states) to the point of robbing pharmacies at gun point to get it or Oxycontin, so when someone starts to try sell me anything strong I tell them I dont need a refill and not call again.

Watch out for Pharmakind....they are people who stole phone numbers from a legit company (who ONLY will do it over the phone, no website and allow me to pay by money order and I know the medication is legit) who unfortunately have been not treating people right, giving the legit company a nasty name.

A while back, I used to order medication for a family member from a couple of on-line pharmacies, one was definitely in Canada, in so far as the address showed, and one was from some other place. But I had a company called Health Solutions Network fill the orders. So someone either was hacked or one of them sold their customer / patient database. One of them was the kind of company where you order without a paper prescription, but one of them required a paper prescription. If this is important to someone taking action against, please contact me directly with an e-mail to me at nannetteg at yahoo dot com and either put my name or the words Health Solutions Network follow-up so it will catch my eye as I sometimes get more than 100 e-mails just at this one address. Although I won't give out this information to just anyone, if I can verify information that legitimately connects you to any criminal investigation OR some authority acting in the interest of consumers, I'll be happy to help. But the short story is this: I have not ordered these type of things in this way for well over a year. One of the ones, for which I did have a prescription was a pain medication. The first call I got from them was over 2 weeks ago, but less than a month, and the other call just now came in. The first one though was so weird: they said they were calling about my prescription of med-name [the pain meds], and when I said no, thanks, the woman with an accident said something to the effect of, 'but aren't you in pain? don't you *need* this medication?' At that point, I got pissed off and told her, "It ain't none of your business either way and do not call here again", and then I hung up. I am already on the do not call list registry and I am pretty sure that has been updated in the last 6 months. So the only thing I can figure is that one of the ones I ordered from either directly or filled by Health Solutions Network must have sold my information when it was more than 12 months old and they had received no order from me. But I can't prove that, but that is my speculation. My name is Nannette if you write to follow up on this. Oh, and in the information I fill out below, where it says call type, I have no idea what SMS stands for.

Nannette, SMS is the acronym for Short Message Service. It refers to a text messaging.

Interesting note: Some cell phones alert you to a text message by playing a series of tones that are short-short-short long-long short-short-short which is morse code for SMS,
