Did anyone call this number to find out what they want?

This number is from the North Las Vegas Hospital Accounting Department.  They must be hurting for money as one month ago, I had to visit their ER.  Less than one week later, they have been calling me 3-5 times a day, everyday (M-F) yet they do not leave a message.  And I haven't even received a bill from them yet.  I look at it this way, if they can't leave a message, then obviously its not important.  They have my insurance information, they have my address, so why harass me with phone calls unless they are trying to double bill in these hard financial times?

And why do they call via a "unknown caller" ID?  Shady business.  And I wouldn't recommend going to that hospital to anyone either, as they are nothing but a band-aid station with peeling paint on the walls in ER rooms with lots of convicts parading around in handcuffs.  And they also seriously overbill.  Try $3,700 for an ER room for 3 hours, chest xray, EKG, 4 blood tests, and a shot of Valium.  Chances are my insurance company is denying their outrageous fees, and they want me to cover the rest.

This isn't the North Las Vegas Hospital Accounting Department- It's Resurgent Capital Management Services.  They're a debt collector.  They buy old debt, and then work out a payment plan.  The reason I know this is 1. I called them back, and the opening line is, "Thank you for calling Resurgent Capital Management Services".  2. They bought the old debt I owed to Sears, and I've been making payments to them for 2 years.

As far as the Las Vegas Hospital Accounting Department being listed as having this number- LV Hospital is probably using them as a debt collector.  It stinks that they're already coming after you.  As you said, they're probably hard up for money!  Go figure.

These people are flat out nast to deal with.  Do not return their calls.

These JERKS keep calling me on my cell phone and using my cell time to collect a debt that is not even mine. i have decided to return the favor and call them back every day at least 2 to 3 times every day and just let them know how it feels to get unwanted calls.
Their address is listed to a PO Box in Greenville, SC.
