Yes this is a junk fax email.  You can report them to the FCC where they will fine them.  Go to http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaint.htm and file a report the more people that do this the more they will get fined and will hopefully leave us all alone.

NEVER call these so-called removal numbers, they are used by the fraudsters to harvest valid numbers, then they can say you called them first.   It's all part of the fraud scheme
