Got a message left on my phone by this number a woman named Mrs. Rogers left me a message saying to call her. She did not tell me what this was regarding. I called her back few hours after i got the message and a woman answered named Cassandra, she said it was regarding one of my credit cards and i needed to pay it off asap and to let her know if i had the money or not by noon the next day. I have not heard back from her nor have i gotten a hold of her.

Ms. Rogers left message that I needed to call her ASAP at 1-866-205-9940.  My caller ID showed only "TOLL FREE."  Returned call three times before reaching Cassandra Rogers.  She represents Alliance One Receivables Management, Inc., a collection agency.  The was very professional and curteous.  I referred her to my attorney.

Recd a call from Ms.Rogers about a payment that didn't go thru; she put the bank card manager on the phone and she was the most discourteous, offensive, disrespectful and harassing woman that I have ever spoke to.
I asked to speak to her manager and she would not put them on the phone.  I told her that she had no right to speak to me the way she did and she hung up.

I am reporting them to the BBB.
