Complaint Outsourcing Office....has called saying they are going to serve and process my step daughter.. anyone know who this is or if it's a legitimate business.

IF there was an actual summons, you would NOT be warned--- think SCAM & illegal scare tactic.   State attorney generals like to hear about calls  like this.

I got the same message as well on my cell about my husband and they left a message on my adult daughters cell phone as well!

I got a call from an unknown number, a man leaving a voicemail about "serving" my sister for check fraud and that I would need to call back this number before 3PM or they were going to "serve" me in person.  They had my sister's name, her address, my full name, address, date of birth, and the last 4 of my SSN!  They also left the same message on my other sister's phone, who called the sheriff's dept and was told this was a scam.  I'm not sure what kind of scam it was, but possibly associated with personal data collection for identity theft.

Stayed that they would serve me with court orders. Had my first and last name, last 4 of SSN, date of birth and address

They called me too! Stating they would serve me papers. Had all my info as well!

These people called my sister pretending to be lawyers and claimed they would serve me if I didn't call them by 1:00pm.
