NationStar Mortgage - run, run as fast as you can away from this one, this is yet another scum of the earth mortgage company that'll just rip you off and not fulfill their obligations, not worth giving the time of day to, just Google the name and read the numerous complaints

Nationstar has held mortgage for over five years and have never a problem with them.
