I received a call today. any body knows who is it. Left a message That my status is changed.?????

Nice try, Mr. Singleton. What a dirty trick to post your own recorded call to the web page. I recieved your call, but I actually listened to the whole thing. Are you just trying to arrouse the curiosity of people who like to post? Well, it won't be me.

No caller id, there was a message left on my answering machine twice in one hour around 1 pm.  I called the number and they answered, "Can I help you?".  No company name, nothing. They thought my number was some weird phone number, obviously their caller id doesnt work well.  They asked for my phone number and I refused.  I tried asking for their company name but they hung up immediately.

I called again and immediately asked for the company name.  ERS Recovery.  I have a debt out so I gave them first a wrong number (I keep forgetting my prefix), then gave them my correct number and they came up with a name attached to the number, Nicole something.  I said no one here by that name.  He explained they are a bank collections company working for a few different banks.  He said he would remove my number from that account.  I said thanks and hung up.

Called the number, and a switchboard operator asked if I was returning a call for Mr. Singleton?  Then said that he had just stepped out to lunch and she could look up his department if I gave my phone number.

This is an automated call from a collection agency. They call almost daily at all times for someone who does not live here. They leave a message that does not state the company name, but does tell the listener not to listen if he/she is not "whoever," because the message contains personal information, and allowing 3 seconds for you to hang up if you are not the person they are calling. This doesn't work well on an answering machine. Anyway, someone owes someone money and is missing a golden opportunity for a settlement offer because their situation has changed.

Nurmeous calls at all hours saying if I'm a certain individual not to listen to the message.  When after 15 calls I finally listed to the message, they say to caa 866-207-3644.  I call.  They don't have my number listed or the person they are trying to contact.  If they continue to call I will consider it harrasment and will file charges.

Received a call through call forwarding (an anonymous call rejection service) to call 866.207.3644 and left an account number beginning 301709...(did not get all 13 or so digits of it down correctly) I called, and the woman answering had no record of my number and without the complete account number could not track the reason for the call. Denied it was a third party debt collector, but would not tell me what line of business they were in. Identified the company only as TRS. A subsequent search of TRS and TRS financial returned TRS Recovery Services (a First Data company) and TRS Financial Services of Katy, Texas. Both in the collections business.

I've gotten a call everyday this week from an automated system. It says to call 866-207-3644 immediately because my status has changed, goes onto say I need to call within 24 hours of listening to the message in order for me to take advatage of some settlement.

After a week of these annoying calls I decided to call this evening, the phone never rings and a male voice says this call may be recorded for quality purposes then it goes dead (no music, no nothing, your out in LA LA land) so I decided to hold on, after 16 minutes of holding another automated system came on to say I'm sorry all operators are busy please try your call again later......Are you kidding me? WTF!!!!! Who are these people?

I'm going to try again Monday to see who these idiots are and give them a piece of my mind. For something that's so important and telling you to call within 48 hours and you never get a "LIVE" person is annoying......

I'm not sure who they are calling for and I could careless but you can bet I will file harrassment charges on this company if the calls continue.

Keep getting calls from 866-207-3644. I'm NOT who they are actually looking for, but since they are calling an 'answering machine' it stays on until they hang up.  But the irritating part is, is that their automated system says "if you are not (this person) then hang up."  Then they say - "since you did not hang up, then you are this person" - and they continue to leave a message.  

What complete Bull Crap.   So, I finally got tired of them calling and tried to call THEM back.  

Every time I called back I started to notice a Pattern

At exactly 0:40 it states "All agents are temporarily busy, please continue to hold and you will be connected to the next available agent.

then at 1:07 exactly it states "All agents are still busy, please continue to hold and someone will be with your briefly.

Then at 1:34 exactly it states "Your call is now Next in Line, please continue to hold and you WILL be connected to the next available agent.

Finally - at exactly 5:39 -  a different automated voice comes on and says "We're sorry, due to the high volume, all agents are still busy, you will need to call back later..."  

It then disconnects me -

I verified this with 7 calls - all were exactly the same within (1) second of each message - especially "You are NEXT in LINE.

This is complete Bull [***].

I keep getting calls from this number now for about 4 months straight, every day.  Totally harrassing.  Anyone have an idea on what or whom to report it to?  They ask for a different name of someone that is not me.

Six days a week I get an unintelligable call from this number. Same time of day every day for the past 3 months. I can't make out the name, but it's not mine. I called the number they rattle off and got left on hold for 10 minutes -- no identifying message so I still don't know who they are or what they want. I'd say this is harrassment.

I finally did talk to a live person...shocker! After giving him a file #, he said he could not give me any info unitl I gave him my ss#.  NO WAY....
I said you have a file # so you tell me why you are calling me...again, only if I give him my SS#
Needless to say this conversation did not last long.
Now they call me 2-5 times a day...even on Sunday.
I have no debts to be collected.
JUST PLAIN FED UP!!!!!

I have gotten much of the same call crap as posted. gee can't something be done to stop this?

I have reported information to this number five times over the last two weeks.  Each time they said this number would be removed and still today I get yet another message.  This is a work phone number that is being called looking for a Paden Lowe.  Don't know them and don't care what problems they are having getting in touch with them.  I've had this business number for 15 years.  I get these calls on my cell phone since I travel a lot and it needs to stop!

I'm not who they are calling for but they call 5 times a day and I can never get through to call them back "to remove my number from the system"
