Called with yellow pages listing update.  Wants 399.99 for two years.  Could hardly understand man talking (Mike).  I said I wanted something in writing.  He passed me to service rep/billing person.  Said not to ask them any questions because they did not have access to files.  I think this is a scam.  I tried to call them back and have been on hold for 10 minutes already.  I won't pay this invoice if it comes.  Jerks.

I had the exact same experience as Oct. 10th entry. Jerks

These people called our office.  We have about 200 employees.  Someone in housekeeping authorized this invoice, even though they just mop the floor.  They have called me, in payables, many times to collect.  I refuse to pay and have asked them to stop calling.  They curse you and once even said that every person in their office would call every day until the invoice is paid.
