I received a call from this number on 3/6/14. They stated that they represent State Farm Insurance as a Claim Adjuster. Who knows?

Got a call from this number and no message was left.  I always look phone numbers ( that I don't recognize ) up using sites like this and when someone said it was a call from State Farm Insurance Claim Adjuster, I knew it was a legit number cuz I was expecting them to call me.  So when I called the number back, it indeed was State Farm.  So glad I looked this number up, seems the person who hit me didn't contact them so they are going to settle this claim for me and pay for my damages.!!!!!!

866-207-6046 is indeed a State Farm claims office.

Yes - the number 866-207-6046 is the general TOLL FREE number to
State Farm Claims (their Central Claims location) --> which shows up on
the Caller ID as  "TOLL FREE  866-207-6046" ... and I have told at least
one of their Representatives that they should contact whoever sets up
and manages their Toll Free number system --> to NOW  "UN-block" this
number so that  ( instead of  "Toll Free " )  something like  "State Farm
Claims - Central"  show up on our Caller ID's --> that way State Farm
would not be wasting so much time -- & Profit -- making calls to many
many people who do  NOT answer State Farm's  "Hidden Identity"  calls
when they see the  "spammer & scammer" text  on the top line of any
Caller ID device .--> the words "TOLL FREE" --> which we never answer !!
One would think that their top management would look at the UN-necessary
COSTS of designing a  t-e-l-e-p-h-o-n-y  system that almost guarantees
that their  calling-attempt  t-i-m-e  is going to be costly  w-a-s-t-e-d  time
-->  for  b-o-t-h  State Farm   and-d-d-d   for the people they  t-h-i-n-k  
( or hope !! )  they are trying to reach !!  The advice here is:  ONE call
that actually 'works' should be enough --> NOT  "multiple" call-attempts
in order to accomplish the ONE intended call !!

Called and i don't have state farm nor have i been in an accident. No clue as to why.

this is the number for the State Farm Claim Center calling from Lincoln NE covering a number of states.  usually this number is calling because a policy holder has had an accident and the company wants the policy holder's version of what happened.  cooperation with an insurance company is required under the policy for coverage.  they will leave a voice message is they do not reach you.  if you have state farm insurance and have a pending or submitted claim, this is a legitimate call.

I got a call from this number. The man on the line said his name was Allen Williams and he was with State Farm. He said he was calling about a claim and that his insured Scott Davis says it was his fault and that Mr Davis hit my mini cooper car with his truck. Well, I don't own a mini cooper. I don't know and have never heard of a Scott Davis and I have had NO car accidents in many many years. Weird.
