they left a message stating to call them back regarding an "urgent matter with regard to my credit accounts"

Same as above. C message states all  lines busy and to return call later. Or hang-up when answered - this number called at least three times yesterday and the last was very late at night. Suggest blocking number with your phone provider. These have been coming on my cell.
