This number belongs to some collections agency, don't know the exact company. They keep on calling and never leave any messages,

Just leaves a message saying it's a debt collection agency.
They tend to not leave messages, but will occasionally leave an automated message for you to call them back.

They use a robo dialer and will often call at the same times during the day.

scammers!  do your research first before sending any money!

Supposed debt collector trying to collect money for services rendered on a credit card machine for a business that I have never had.  I did apply with First Data for a travel merchant credit app. to start accepting cards but went with Paypal Business under a different business name instead....  sounds like First Data got hacked or they are selling names...

They want my credit card information they say they're trying to collect money but I did reserch first it looks like is spam

We got a message from them - at my place of employment - a government agency. Tempted to report them to the local police...

After receiving several calls at my home phone indicating this was a debt collection call I called them back. An Indian-sounding woman asked for my phone number (I called back from my cell phone) and my name. I gave her my number but before I gave her my name I asked her what the call was about. She hesitated and then reminded me that the call may be recorded. I told her that was a good thing and asked again what the call was about. She hesitated and wouldn't answer. RED FLAG! I asked her if she knew what she was doing, meaning that this was not a legitimate business call. She didn't answer so I hung up.

I keep getting a call from 000-000-0000. The message requests me to call them back at 866-207-9462. I am very protective of my credit and I do not have any outstanding debts that I owe money on. This is a scam and I am just wondering how I get them to stop calling me.

Me, too - not an extension either- the listed number for a public library!

We got a message from them - at my place of employment - a public library.

Telephone number 866-207-9462 per recorded message but 334-513-1883 per Caller ID. Message stated a debt collector, gave an ID number to refer when calling back. Called both telephone numbers and answered Trans World Systems. Was asked the telephone number from where I was calling and wanted verification of address and name, both of which were incorrect.  I firmly requested that our telephone number be removed from their call list (as we are a business).

Recorded and forwarded a copy to my Brother who a US Attorney - he's going have it researched

I have spoken to this gang of thieves. I was infomed of an unpaid bill regarding my credit card machine which I paid in full when it was purchased 2 years ago.  I declined providing the credit card number she requested and demanded invoice.  She offered to send it to me online which I have yet recieve. I called the number 866 207 9462 & got a voice mail for a person [name withheld in case number is fake].  These crooks need to be stopped and I am available to help in any way possible.

The caller ID from this number came in as  Thakur, Shweta (818) 660-1473. I haven't called them back.

Needed to speak with the business under the premise of "a personal business matter". Declined to give further information, and gave a callback number of 866-207-9462. Gave a name and their companys' name, but refused to give details about the 'personal business matter' unless they were speaking to the business owner. Seems like a scam to me.

I get a call daily from the same person at this place (although they claim to be an auto dialer). I tell her the same thing everyday.  She tells me it's noted on the account everyday.  After MONTHS of daily calls, she finally gave me the phone number and the name of the business, which was an abbreviation for something, but it was not Transworld Systems.  Wouldn't say what it was in reference to.
