Even though we received  our current number 2 1/2 years ago we still receive daily calls from collection agencies looking for the former

I received a call with the caller ID as Unknown Name and a message left that it was extremly important to call 866-215-0131. When I asked what the company was and that my number to be taken off their list the person became extremly nasty even dropping the f-bomb. When I asked how someone could be hired with such people skills they replied "this is a collections agency".

Just consider the source, for this is West Asset Management, a collection agency with the notorious J. Frederick Hanna & Associates firm in Atlanta. They have been sued multiple times for FDCPA violations, and another complaint filed against them with the FTC won't hurt one bit.

Ooops...I meant to say they have ties with J. Frederick Hanna & Associates.

Daily I recieve a message from this company??? My caller ID calls them Stateman Corp and lists a 480 # but on the answering machine a man just says call this number: 1-866-215-0131 between 7am and 11 pm but with no information. I don't reply because I have no idea who or what it is. It's getting iritating.
