    answering picked up and a lady on the other end screamed/yelled my first name twice-stayed on for a few seconds, then hung up.

    The name of this company is called Encore. The man who answered was very rude and wouldn't give me any details as to the company. I believe it is a collection agency because they said "it is very important that we talk with you" on a recorded line. The man I spoke with also hung up on me.
