they have been calling me for months asking for someone I don't know and I have told them many times I am not the person they are looking for and they continue to call basically calling me a liar. I reported them but it didn't make a difference. they  just left a voicemail stating that they are turning it over to the local law enforcement. I hope they do that way they will know it isn't me. They never tell me who they are they just state they have a case open and need some papers signed. I have told them to come over and I will prove I am not the person they are hunting like a wild animal. I think it's about time I take this to a new level because they call no less than 3 times a day and it's getting old. if anyone knows who these people are reply to this. thx..

They threatened to arrest me if I didn't pay a debt from over 7 years ago. This is a scam and is illegal to threaten arrest.

After hours robo-greeter IDs herself as Sharon Chambers.   A Sharon Chambers persona  has a history of debt scamming on 800notes.  Likes to threaten criminal prosecution for civil debts.  This is a clear violation of the Federal Fair Debt Collection Act.

If they continue to bother you,  and you know you do not owe any money, tell them that you know this is  a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion.  Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the  file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved.   Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.

You'll probably have to yell at them and talk over them.
You have to get tuff with these people because,  being akin to thugs, brute force is (metaphorically speaking),  the only thing they understand.
