Received a call from a man named Peter who said he was a processor and was going to serve me court documents. Gave me this number to call and a case number, all sound fraudulent and it's against the law for them to claim there are court papers when there really isn't or for them to contact your place of employment. And to call repeatedly over and over again and contact family members.

Ask for John Curtis on voice mail said name was Jason with process service dispatch had legal documents. Told him I was his wife ask for case number . Said I don't know said you should have listen to voice mail rude. He knew my whole name. I said how do I know you are not fraud calling me. He said we are smarter than you

I just received the same call, I called back today and a guy said I have court monday re a debt! I said I never received papers about it! He then said now your in former as call was being recorded., I said California is a 2 party consent he said no. Then put me on hold I hung up and it is a 2 party consentpenal codeca632..

Different situation with this same number. I was speaking with RNR Tire chat online and was given a link for a quote on tires. When I clicked the link 866-217-0149 popped up to call. Peter answered as a law firm and I told him  that I dialed wrong number. He told me no you didn't what can I help you with. I recalled his voice but could not place it at the time, but I continued talking to him. I started asking prices  on tires and he started quoting and then hung up on me. When I called number this morning he answered as Anthony at Wash and Associates Law Firm. He ask for case number and I told him that I did not have one he said why did you call and hung up. Why can't someone do something about this idiot?

Same here i called back assuming it was a call for work and said something about court papers its illegal to use as my credit repair people informed me they say that these companies buy debt from other companies and try to get their money back but all i can say is thank you i didn't ask you to pay it so ill wait the 7yrs and have them wiped out also if they continue to call we could sue them for EVERY illegal called made to us by law so with that being said i say thank you for paying for me makes my life a little easier with one less bill to worry about
