They claim they are Loan Link KMA LLC office of pre- litigation. Roger Harris is the only employee who is there who ever answers. He said that they would be serving me documents for a lawsuit of bad check writing in association with a payday loan I defaulted.  He asked where I was because they were on their way they would be serving me with some documents. They never arrived.  There is no website for the company they also are tied with Titan Financial PHone # 888-369-4724. Someone filed a Rip Off Report on this company. Its A SCAM!!!

On 2/13/19 I  received a call from ROGER HARRIS  that I later checked online was for Cameron county Number  from someone claiming to be a process server and he had paper to serve me for a law suit and he wanted to know if I would be at home around 4 pm. They called me pretending to be a local court , they actually had court information and the court phone number so they sounded legitimate.  They claimed they are Loan Link KMA LLC office of pre- litigation. Roger Harris stated that they would be serving me documents for a lawsuit of bad check writing in association with a payday loan I defaulted in the amount of $976.49.  I did some research there is alot of rip off reports filed and the company does not have  a website.  The company processing the payment Titan Financial, as well as the company name Loan Link KMA LLC are all A sCAM!!! They dont exist!!!

REPORT HIM at www.consumerfinance.gov & your state attorney general.  It is ILLEGAL to threaten arrest (a summons) if there is none as well as claiming to be a government (court)  employee!!

I just had the same call! Freaked me out at first, but then he said I was being sued for theft and a defaulted check for $894 from writing a bad check with a payday loan place. I laughed at him. I am the last person to steal from someone. He then called me back 3 times, back to back.

My husband and I just got the same call. The number was IDed with our county so my husband answered. The guy was talking about the summons and saying he would be bringing them to our house soon. Husband threatened with police being here also. No one has shown up yet and I assume so one will. But yeah...[***].

He was threatening my mom with arrest if she didn’t pay the amount he gave her.

I received the same call on 21 of March  2019 from the same number leaving a voice message on my phone from one Daniel Quinn with the same threating messages you all receive talking about I owe over two thousand dollars and they coming to my home.. When I call that 1866 217 0760 number it was Roger Harris who the phone. Telling me all kinds of things that did not make sense he say that he is coming to my house to serve me document that need my signature and if I'm not there... He is coming to my job for me to sign papers and for me to keep two forms of ID on me at all times.. If they don't find me it would be forfiet on my part and  I will be taken to court and he know I cannot afford a lawyer and the government don't play.. So to avoid paying all that money I can just pay the $500.00.

Message left by a low life with the name of Daniel Quinn, number in caller Id is for the Orange County Court House, Orlando, FL.  Threatening with summons, to appear at your home or place of employment. Message says to contact them at 844-569-2987 once you contact the number a bigger scum bag by the name of Roger Harris, tells you he is a lawyer a that you’ve defrauded Bank of America and they are taking you to court.  Funny thing, ROGER, I’VE NEVER HAD ANY BUSINESS OF ANY KIND WITH BANK OF AMERICA!!! .  I hope you get caught a thrown in jail, your court date I would love to attend.

Looks like another person who is incapable of actually reading and understanding numbers.  The school system in this country is really failing at teaching basic skills to students these days or else there are a whole lot of less than marginally intelligent people coming out of it.

Roger Harris called me. Trying to “summons me to court” for an act that I had with glacier bank that I wrote a defaulted ach transaction. He knew my full social, DOB, current address, and said that he could ruin me if I don’t pay a balance of 1300$.
