Its a scam. Thomas foster law office. He will threaten to come to your house and say he has a file for legal action against you. He will cuss you out if you call him too and say "see you tomorrow at your house or job" . we called our lawyer and they told us that we have no pending cases against us

the same restricted number call from Jennifer stewart threatening legal action.  I called back and got some guy who said Jennifer doesn't work there.  He was rude and banged the phone down repeatedly on a desk or a wall.

Received call from blocked number 6/5/18 from a man named Nicholas Banks claiming to be a courier from Stanislas County that wanted to serve me a subpoena. He gave me a number to call 866-217-1344, saying if I called them right away he might not have to serve me papers and I could avoid going to court. Otherwise he would serve me between 3-5 pm the following day.
Called the number and a man named Jeff Rossi from Thomas Foster Law Office told me Wells Fargo was taking me to court over $743.00. When I asked for an address he gave me a PO box in Sanborn New York, and when I asked him for an actual address to the law office he got angry and demanded I identify myself. When I told him I wanted the information on the firm’s address and lawyers to make sure it was a legitimate company, he began yelling and hung up shortly after.
When I called back and told him I wanted this information to make sure his firm was legitimate he refused and told me to get a lawyer. He said he didn’t have to play nice with me and he wasn’t customer service.

Scam. Same things claiming to go to work or home but after returning that phone call they transfer the call to him. Scary thing they do have information
