He has given 400$ online from me for fixing my phone problem.

This is the phony  iPhone support line do not give them any money or iTunes cards it is a scam .

I called from from pop-up number and they told me they will fix my problem. This is a fake scam and never give them any financial info...

11/3/2017. Got a pop up with the number 866-217-1731 saying to call AppleCare because I’ve been watching “inappropriate material “ as in YouTube. They asked me to give them my email and password so they can run a scan. Obviously sounded like a scam. Don’t give them anything.

My google chrome browser locked up. Called them. They wanted me to buy a itunes card. I hung up. Uninstalled chrome and re installed. Now I wonder what else is wrong.

Unless you allowed them into your computer you should be fine.  All you would have had to do was clear out the cache and cookies.  I would download either malwarebytes or spybot and check the computer as well.  Both are free programs.  Get ad blocking software as well, that should also be free.
