CALLED ME SAYING I OWED SOMTHG  THT I ALREADY PAID. THIS IS A SCAM

I got a call from a guy his so call name is rick chiat saying i owe somthg that i dont and i look up ifs which is a scam

Male caller, clamed name is Chris Gomez, said I owed for a payday loan, which has been paid under ANOTHER scam less than 6 months ago... Said email was:  customerservice@integrityfsolutions.com

I received a call as well and they were very pleasant employees that wanted nothing more than to assist me with rectifying this matter outside of court!!

Who is ISS services they go with this # want money that Iv already paid. To someone else. Saying other company is a scam. Lady  name Leah had a lot of info about my case

I got call like that also but iv already paid the bill lady says I paid a scam so naturally I am so upset who to trust.

If you paid another debt collector without making them follow the letter of the law, then you have been put down as an easy mark and will get more calls from them using different company names and calls from the crooks they sell your information to.

It is incumbent upon them under the law to prove that the debt exists and that you owe it, and (this is the important part) that they have the legal right to collect it.  You are not obligated under the law to prove that you don’t owe or that it is paid. 

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) postmarked within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt. It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

I just received the same type of call!!! Really confusing, and threatening--claiming they could press charges on you.  They have bee calling me for day from different telephone numbers each time.  I finally called them out on it and the calls stopped and she had nothing to say!

yeah right! how much did they pay you to write this!

A lady named Stacy called me saying that I owe money for a credit card and that I need to pay I have already paid 100 and I got another call form the same number saying that I owe even more money. I just figurd out that this is a scam
