Keep getting calls from this number...Don't know who it is..They are also calling my friends and telling them that they are being summoned...

Dude named "Chase" said there is a civil file against me in Bell county. Didn't even say the right name when calling me.Told me I had a claim number and everything

Recited a call from this number said it was risk management that they had several returned checks and if I didn't call them back by six to settle this matter they would start legal proceedings. I don't have a bank account let alone checks I also called the bank I have banked at and they said nothing had been returned. Has anyone else felt with this?

These are criminals trying to scare people into giving them money. The scare *might* work on people who have been in trouble with the law in the past due to them writing hot checks ... er, insufficient funds.

He called again this morning from a blocked number didn't answer. I filed a complaint with the info I had

Returned the call. As I got a message from a non-relative on their landline that I was listed as a "character witness" for a case. Called to Amber. Provided a case number.  She wanted to transfer me to my "case manager" who came on the line with no clue as to why I was calling. GTFOH I hate these MFs!!!!!! Always trying to scam somebody

Rep claims to accept calls only does not make calls from this number as it comes from the individual who is trying to notify me of a civil claim in my area as it relates to American Web Loan but that's all the information she can disclose.

They keep calling every day.  I don't answer.  They calling my work as well leaving the exact same message about pending civil claim, my social security number, bla bla bla.

Hi Patricia, they are calling with exactly same things to me and my friends asking for my name.  Did they stop? I am not sure what to do?

My husband and I have been getting calls from this company for the last few days. My experience with this is that if they call and say you are being served or summoned it is a scam, because they won't call to tell you that it is going to happen, they will just show up. That is what I was told by my former attorney when I was dealing with calls like this last year.

As you can see the info is contradicting, because on May 5th he says that they'll be here on Tuesday, well today is Wednesday and no one showed up yesterday.

Called me the last 3 days. I have asked different questions and put holes in their information. Told me Rocky Mountain Capital Management was coming after me and they are "big boys".  Haha. So big I can hardly find anything about them online.  Looks to be a year old company possibly. Not much info. LCS calls, puts you in contact with American Credit Financial who tells you Rocky Mountain or some other debt buyer is after you. I have a letter stating paid in full on the account they referenced. I have had identity theft so that's what is going on here with everyone. Call the FTC and flood them with news about these fools but whatever you do, never give them a dime.
