calls from 833-251-9261 wants you to call 866-217-4510. Has legal papers BS.Blocked on Cell still gets to voice mail. 12 calls since 16th today is the 19th

Abusive. Said had out standing court document which is BS. They are using tmobil as claimant .  The answer phone with "litigation" and then shout at you ... same as DAN above. April 24, 2019

Left on my voicemail:  “Please call 82174510 or press one to schedule delivery of your legal documentation filigree was _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_ your service for your case once again to avoid any further legal action call 866-217-4510 or press one immediately…”   The ___are where voice mail transcriber couldn’t detect what caller said.

same as above; no identification, doesn't say who they are calling, or who they are or why they are calling...most of the threats are just not the way process papers get served, so it's likely just scamming or bluffing to get someone to call back.

I got the same message today about legal papers from Gerald Simms. He is trying to deliver legal documentation for my case, and to avoid any legal action...I would need to call immediately

Received a message word for word as "pestered" description! Who  are these people and HOW can they be stopped? Isn't this illegal?

It might surprise you greatly to find out that criminals do not obey laws, so even though there is a law in place called the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, these criminals are ignoring it.

Called and said we should call with the number 8662174510, it was an old debt from 1990, and with sprint. Had full info of prev addresses, and SSN. Said they were trg associates inc, well guess what trg is a fire alarm company. 😂 SCAM and the dude said he could bury the debt for 50$ instead of the 1k$ he wanted.
