This is Olivia calling _⁠_⁠_⁠_ process _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ dispatch to notify  _⁠_  a civil complaint has been forwarded to my office for processing _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ Miami Dade County I do need you to contact the legal department as soon as possible regarding the complaint _⁠_ being filed _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ to direct number is 8662175432 calling the office reference your case number  #....... is it's very important that you contact the firm(WHICH ONE?) by the end of the business day today if you do not respond the complaint will move forward in the _⁠_⁠_⁠_ and we will be forced to make a decision without your consent you have been notified…” REALLY??

They called and said a judgment would be levied against me without my consent. It was verbatim with what another poster said, read from a script.

Same story as "olivia" except she said Aubra Campbell.

Called and started legal documents will be delivered to my home and gave me a reference number and said to call 866.217.5432 to verify what they are.  I called that number and it didn't state it was a Business. Just wanted me to leave a message. I believe it's A Spam Call

Said they had a case against me wants my lawyer to call them asking me personal ?,s

Called me & left a voicemail stating urgency in trying to reach my uncle in reference to a complaint against him & that he needs to contact an agent immediately or they will be forced to make a decision without his consent.
Seems like an awful lot of trouble to go so far to find & contact relatives in order to track some1 down for a spam scam but I guess there are people falling for it & the payoff is worth the effort or the scam wouldn’t be in circulation & running it’s corse

Same complaint as the others re: alert notification. Case # etc will proceed without my consent! Called my house phone and cell phone number this week. Said her name was Olivia and then Lauren. So sick of getting scam calls every day! Also gave a ref # but no company name!!! Issuing agent??!! Seriously??!!

I just had the same thing happen, when I called back they had a lot of my personal information even last 4 of my social, said that a process server was trying to serve me, and I called spoke to Lauren she said that there was a judgement against me and what I owed,  sad part is who knows nowadays if it’s true or a scam, my thoughts if it’s true I will be served with something, they said we will serve you at work, well I will now wait to see..... So thoughts is this a scam, she said the company is Dudley and Acc, civil litigations...
