I’ve been called on by a James Stinson from some where in UpState NY stating he worked for Legal Services And was attempting to collect a Payday loan that was dated back in 2008 and the check was around $150, and he is trying to collect $1700 in interest and so forth, I almost fell for their scam, until I’ve read everyone’s complaints here.
I’ve been reading up on payday loans, and if they want the money,I’ll see them in court in Alabama! Where it occurred at, also the statue of limitations ran out 3 years ago, and a Jason Lewis answers the phone too and some arrogantly rude lady too! I Am another Paying Nothing until a Judge orders me to!

Hi I'm with earl on his message. I got a call from the same number he had on my wife's phone. and when she asked why they don't call me that hung up on her. so when I called it  was no longer in service. thanks.

I got a call from some private locator that gave me this number.  The lady I spoke to was rude and asked me to pay over 5000 In fees for an old payday loan.  Then said well can you pay 1700.  Still a no.  They swore they mailed me a letter saying they’re going to garnish my wages, but I never got anything.  Say I have a case against me.  There’s nothing they can do, they have to report to my judge.  Now they’re threatening to deliver to my job.  I can’t even remember when this loan was but I do know it was over 8 years ago.

Here is the exact message I received:
“This message is intended for A.A. with SSN ending in ****.  This is Charles Smith contacting you from the Locating Service due to a recent case that was filed against you through Legal Services.  It looks like there was a notice of action.  It was mailed to you through Financial Liability Reporting and unfortunately you did not respond with a statement.  At this time, Legal Service is looking to have you serve that through ...... tomorrow afternoon.  If you have any questions or concerns regarding this matter to place a statement of that record prior to being served, either yourself or your representative attorney contact the Legal Services directly.  The phone number there is (866) 217-5574.”
I don't buy it.
