    called and said he was from the U.S. Dept. of Commerce and I had won $450,000.  I just needed to pay for an insurance policy because it was made a law if you win money and it is sent to you you have to have an insurance policy per Homeland Security.  the insurance company was Loyds of London.  I needed to made a deposit for the insurance at Bank of America.

    I got involved in this same scam.... they wanted me to send $850.00 or so thru Western Union for the insurance policy, etc.  They claimed to the the Department of Commerce out of Washington, D.C.
    Stay away from these crooks !!!!
