Just got a call from this number.
I have the att call protect app, it was flagged as "Spam Risk:

To follow up this post, I just got a voicemail from the number stating I won $25,000 in cash from some contest I supposedly entered.

Yea I won 25K too!  Awesome.... robocall illegal!!! DNC call  illegal... come on Feds

robo call to tell me I won  $ 25,000. and I entered either at a grocery store or restaurant or event near me and all I had to do was press 1 for all the details of my prize...............I was so excited I hung up instead of pressing 1 oh the horrors now I will never get my $25,000. I didn't get a chance to give them my bank accts or my social security #. I hope they call me back---oops not with that phone #  it somehow got onto my call blocker. Maybe next time??? I am off to buy a lottery ticket b/c with missing that good fortune I am sure more is coming my way! :)

we got the same call that we won money, pressed 1 rang went to enter extension or press 1 for next agent, pressed 1 was told no one available and to leave a message, told them this was the police department and we were very happy to win the money and told them we looked forward to have them calling us back.

I just won $25,000.00 in cash! According to the voicemail that was left for me by Alex, my entry (which occurred at either the local mall, a grocery store, or an event that I may have attended) was recently selected. Unfortunately, I haven't had time to call him at 844-892-4191 X950 because I'm too busy talking with a Nigerian prince who needs access to my bank account.

I didn't answer, and the caller did not select the prompts to bypass by call screening device.

Tele-panhandling morons expecting instant, unsolicited business.
