Block and ignore the calls.  Common IRS / CRA scam.  Originates in India and Pakistan.  No legitimate taxing agency in North America calls you up and starts threatening you.  Or demanding money

Could barely understand his accent.

Received a voice mail this morning with the exact same info as was given to Jessica above.  Identified himself as Officer Greg Williams but the accent didn't seem to fit the name.  He was definitely not english.

This so called officer Greg Williams left a message saying that its time sensitive, I should talk to my attorney, wishing me luck, how do these people get our numbers!! WTF..

Just got the same call from officer Greg Williams

called by a woman Lydia Rivera.  They had the last 4 of my social.

Scam caller, called from 505-205-1239 who left this message asking to call this number
"this is being left in accordance of state and federal law for  ________ last 4 of social ___. Due to the sensitive nature of this call we are unable to disclose any further info. If you and your attorney can return this call so we can discuss your case in my office. My number 866-217-6244 again that number is 866-217-6244"
Funny how she is calling from New Mexico to California, talking about discussing the case in her office. These calls have been going on for years. They constantly change their approach and now they seem to have actually gotten ahold of my husband's last 4 of his social. My husband's credit is perfect, this is a scam, warn family not to play into this. Buy an air horn, call back and sound it for them, scammer deserve to be deaf.

Calling stating Rose Tyler and that I'm an emergency contact for someone else have this person call back or their attorney about check?

If you happen to talk to Rose, ask her how "Dr. Who" is doing.  That is the screen name of one of Dr. Who's assistants in the new remake of the tv show.
