wrong number

I don't answer but says it's a law office when it's not.

They left a vm, threaten to come to my home and enter my premises. I returned their call saying it was my legal right to shoot them if they cross my threshold. They gave me the time window they would be at my home and i will be waiting should they follow through on their threat.

Received a call from a guy saying he was a deputy from the county. He was notifying me that he would be at my home the next day between 1-3 to serve I papers and I had to be home. The number he called from was the county's fax number. I asked him who filed the civil suit and he gave me the number 8662176471 to call. I followed up with the county courts and was instructed to contact the local police department.

OMG.....I got the same call saying the same exact thing.

Received a telephone call from Casey Collins. Who represented himself as a representative with Fort Bend County. When he stated he needed to deliver me a summons, that was fresh off his fax, I immediately hung up the phone because I knew it was a scam. He then immediately called back, and the voicemail that was left detailed my name, my full address and the time and date in which this person, would be visiting my home to serve me. There are no identifying names left on my voicemail so he has just given my information to potentially a wrong telephone number. I then contacted my County to find out what this was about, and they do not have, as I already knew, anything in my name or an employee by that name. I called the law office with that 800 number he gave, and the person answering the telephone pretended to be so surprised and not sure what happened, [***]. I've reported this to any agency I can find, as Mr. Casey Collins, has attempted to impersonate a law enforcement officer and will receive one hell of a welcome if he comes to my doorstep.
