Same here they are scammers.

Scammers say they’re from Dudley and Associates and have 52 locations but you can’t even find them if you search google.

Curious to see what they said to you... they almost got me!

This is indeed a scam. These folks are using Google Voice to send free phone calls and bypass a hang-up to leave threatening voicemails. Yes they will know your full name. Yes they will probably know the street you live on. And yes they will threaten to come to your place of employment. Scammers work on FEAR and they will try to intimidate the hell out of you and use as many psychological attacks to get you to form a small amount of doubt in order to furnish their pay-day. They may even send the same voicemail to people you know. If you call the number they will only answer "Corporate Office" and ask if a process server has contacted you.

This is correct. The White Pages also lists that this phone number has only been active less than a month and has a high rate of fraud reports. The number is also not registered to a business location and it's owner is anonymous.

Threatened a lawsuit.

Yes, they did the same thing to me. I called left a message for me and then called my son-in-law and left the same message on his voice mail about me. I called them back and they answered Corporate Office and when I gave them the case number he gave me my name, my previous name(divorce), AND the last 4 digits of my social security #!!!! I asked what type, when and who this supposed debt was incurred with. They gave me the company I have a current account with, and the last 4 digits of the supposed account. The call got dropped. I came home from work and immediately called the company I have the account with and of course, they know nothing. But they did take the number and who I spoke with and it is now on record with them. I called this scammer number back and asked to speak with the guy that I talked to earlier, when he got on the phone he would not provide who the original collection agency was, and that when I am served I can talk to my lawyer and get all my questions answered. I told him that this was a bunch of BS and to serve me whatever they needed to, and hung up.
I also froze my credit to safeguard myself. I also called my son-in-law back and told him to do the same, just in case, you never know. They put us together so who knows what they could do.
People beware scammers are getting smarter and more devious to sound like the real thing. Know your rights when it comes to debt collectors calling you and what information that they are required to give you. And by no means DO NOT give them information!

These people are complete scammer. They would even call your family members to threaten them and leave voicemail with a case number. They will tell you that you are being sued. They also know your last four SS#😱

Same here said I have a civil suit against me using my divorce name from 25 years ago I'm saying that the courthouse in my county is going to come and get me and that I have been served I am over phone and I had received papers which is BS yep definitely a scam didn't even bother calling back I knew scam scam scam scam scam

These scammers are calling my whole family.and threatened. One guy said he was coming by to serve me papers. They are predators and need to go to jail.

I receive calls from this company from various phone numbers for the last 2 years, the last number was 1-866-915-2097. Most times they call a voicemail is left stating they are coming to my home to serve me papers for a lawsuit. I have spoken to them at least twice and realized it is all a scam. They have my address, full ssn, and even the number of some of my relatives and call them stating i need to call in order to be served papers. I called the number today to ask where this debt originated, the contact number for the original debtor and the lady on the phone told me she did not know these things that i would find out in court. I asked her the location of the court house and i could tell she was googling this info while we spoke. The debt they state that i had was completely made up, and she stated her company "bought the debt". After she could not answer the majority of my questions with info that made sense, the woman become frustrated and irritated, arguing with me and yelling in the phone. i asked for a manager and she told me she did not have one (???), I told her to remove my number from their list, she informed me that she would not so i told her that they would be blocked. Its amazing that people have this kind of time to scam others. She couldnt give me any information for this debt but kept encouraging me to pay it with her. Be careful!

You received calls from 1-866-915-2097, yet you posted in this thread which is dedicated to calls from 866-217-6611?  Why?  Perhaps you never learned how to read numbers in school?  Perhaps you never went to school?

Told them I was court personnel and turning them into the Attorney General. They called 8x immediately after that before I was able to block them

Yeah when they answered corporate office I knew it was crap . Some lady threatened me over a bogus old charger off account from three to four years ago. They spoof credit reports and feed off people
