    this is what I just got as a text message to my Tracfone.  I don't give my number out so i don't know how it was obtained.

    "8662177082@cuna.mobi()C.U National Association(Card Blocked) Alert. For more information please call 1-866-217-7082. Thank you."

    I called the number and it was an automated service that wanted my card number, expiration date & security pin.  It seemed really fishy so I tried to get to an operator and was unsuccessful.

    Received the same exact thing about 15 minutes ago.  Time is 7:22 pm Pacific Standard time on 10-08-09.  Ignored it.  A friend of mine received this txt a few minutes later.  Also ignored it.

    I wonder how far spread this is.  Guess if it's really bad we will hear more about it in the next few days.
