so tired of these calls. I swear it is the same people with different numbers.  They all same the same thing.  If this were real, I would have received documents at my door without warning.  Don't fall for this scam

No legitimate server will call you and ask you to verify  your address and then tell you they are going to serve you! They should already have your address. They try to scare you by saying their is a claim against your social security number. All lies, lies lies! They cannot produce a claim that doesn't exist. Just block them like I do.

Caller states they are a mediator to assist in settling payday loan.  Calling themselves KG Group  Heather Robinson  Still a scam.  I have not nor have anything outstanding.  When I start talking about consulting with my attorney or send me something in writing they either disconnect or get mad and want to argue.

This phone number called my cell phone number after I blocked a SCAM call from another 866 phone call. They are now using different numbers, as noted by several people who have received calls from this number.

Just got a call serving me papers don't know who they are

I got a call saying the same thing. These people are scammers. They don't ever want to send the claim in writing.

They say they are "The KG Group".  When I contact them they refuse to give me any other information about themselves.  Have received repeated calls intended for someone I have never heard of, stating that there is a claim against that person.  I have contacted them before and told them I do not know this person and that he (the guy they are trying to contact) does not own this phone number.  I was assured my number would be taken out of their database.  The calls continue and when I probe them for information about their operation they refuse any.  All they want is for me to confirm my phone number and address, which I refuse to do.  These people are rude, unprofessional, and whether they are legitimate or not should be run out of business for their unethical and unprofessional conduct.  I believe they are nothing more than a scam, whoever/whatever they are.

I got a call from this company with a voice messenger playing about they went trying to handle a legal matter & I hung up. & I called the number back & it rung rung rung & still no one picked the phone up to answer it & it went to someone voicemail & it still never said a company name or nothing just a man saying his name. & I hung out.

This company called my brother asking if I lived in Michigan and asking LL KINDS OF QUESTIONS OF COURSE NO INFORMATION WOULD BE GIVEN SOMEONE NEED TO FIND OUT WHO THESE PEOPLE ARE AND STOP THIS IMMEDIATELY

After extensive research i found out that they are out of buffalo!
Formerly kramer Gallagher and associates & prior to that Steinberg, Louis and schwartz!
All seem to be funded by a gapa financial that has a p.o. box but is also located at 738 ridge rd. Tracing back to a bank of America account to a Pamela Acevedo in buffalo Ny.
After calling many times i found out that the alleged processing department is through a nicole Barbuto /megan but both sound the same and a David Garcia that sounds like a Mark shapiro who also goes by jacobs.
This company is a joke and will be shut down

They fraudulently collected a debt that was allegedly mine. The bank statement actually shows that it was "gapa financial" who extracted the funds. It's blatantly obvious if your getting sensitive about my post that you work for them and will find out the back lash from my attorneys!
People that are manipulated by these crooks should please report them and look into the information that I posted to prove the validity.
They stress signing something called a docusign but you can still charge those funds back!
I suggest you do charge back and sue these basturds because they could be doing this to your relatives or the disabled!

She is a scam artist.  Asks for my kids but uses wrong names.  Very rude when I told her I knew she was a crook and she yelled at me and hung up.  Good!  She better get a life.

Used Amazon package to a different address scam.

Got an email from this number 1-866-217-8445.  Said had charged my account $350.when I asked who he was from he said Geek Sq for my Windos Defenders...I asked from where he did not respond. I asked who had signed up for this and what debit card he could not say.  He wanted me to sign onto my computer then he said he could reveal my info... I said no and kept asking who did this and what card and he hung up on me.. Pure Scam

This is a scam.  They keep leaving me voicemails about suspending my bank accounts if I don't call the officer at the social security admin.  Don't fall for it.
