I just got the same call...said he was process server with documents to deliver.

Me too except they asked for a person thatbdoes not reside in my home and I didn’t know that person.  he said he would take my number off their record  and I asked, how did you get my number to relate it to this person and he says I rather not say.   He told me he would take the number off, I said good but I want to know how you got my number related to this person and he got really rude and says, well I’m  not going to take your number off, I said OK that’s fine and I hung up..😂😂😂

I just got the same phone call today too. Process server Alicia Scott was very rude. Wouldn't give me any information about anything. Said that I was served, which is incorrect because they have to physically serve you the papers by hand I can just do it over the phone call. Gave me a phone number which was 866 217 7908 I called the number spoke with the Anthony James who did nothing but verbally abused me call me all kinds of names was using profanity with me wouldn't give me his contact information of the law firm. that he worked for.
Listen people all of these guys are is debt collectors. Look up a search term called conditional acceptance for Value. There's a firm out of Oregon that gives you all the paperwork that you need to serve these people. If they can't prove or show you that they have the original documentation with your signature on it dim the chain of command is broke it's under UCC law. They are trying to collect debt on me from 1991 it's ridiculous. Anybody else that would like to talk to me about this so that we could team up and go after these guys feel free to contact me.

I was jist contacted by this number saying I am being sued for a charge off 2t years ago. O was hung up on 3 times when i askex them for amy info about this.

I got the same call today so I called back and he the guys on the phone flipped out on me when I asked for a business license # only because I’m iffy about people calling my home asking me for money

I just got a call from this number about documents .That i have no idea what for. This person did not  give his name and was very verbally abusive. On a payday loan from 2011 that was paid and he called me a liar and untrustworthy person. The the court date was set for 05/18/20. Told me to go cry in court. First in this time of crisis that we are in this is wrong. my husband has a rare form of blood cancer. I do not need people calling here leaving threatening messages.

The next time they call, let them know they are being recorded (legal in most states), and demand the name of their firm along with a legitimate mailing address in which to send a debt validation letter VIA certified mail with return receipt requested. If they refuse, let them know your attorney will get this information for you and hang up.
