Got a call from 562-528-5909,I didn't pick up saying I had to be home between certain hours for sealed legal documents with 2 forms iid and somebody to witness it.They said to call back 866-217-7920 ,to find out what the documents were for, and or to reschedule delivery

I received a phone message regarding legal documents that were time sensitive and a docket number. I called back.. They needed to "verify" my info to ensure it was the right person. They recited the last four of my social security number.. Which was wrong. And my bday.. Which was wrong. I informed them they were wrong and they said "okay, we will remove your number from our list". My guess is, the hope that someone will correct them and actually tell them their social and bday to prove they are not the person they are looking for!

Debt collection scam.  No legitimate process server calls you up in advance and lets you know they are coming by.  Ignore their calls and block them.

Just because a voice on the telephone claims you owe a debt does not mean you owe it
If a voice on the telephone claims you owe a debt:

1.    Demand the person give you his or her name, company name, and address
2.     Demand a debt validation letter by US mail.  E-mail no good.
3.    Do not pay  the collection agent or anyone else a  DIME  until the debt is validated.

Of course they won’t do this, no scammer ever will, so simply block their calls and ignore them.

EDS.  Claim to be located in New York state.  Wouldn't give me any more information.  There is an EDS debt collector group in Fresno CA.  No idea where this EDS is located.  Most assuredly some sort of debt collection scam.

Sounds like a scam.  No one will call you to warn you they are about to serve you with legal papers.  Don't be threatened by debt collectors.  Check out your consumer rights in your state.  Make them contact you by paper.  You can send a do not contact letter.  Also is you think your about to be sued check your local county/government court information.  If your being sued it will be there.  If you are being sued call an attorney.  Google debt relief attorneys in your area.  Don't be a victim- you have rights too.

Just got it too. They even called family members looking for me. Says they have legal documents I need to sign. Blah blah blah. Says they're coming to my job today. Funny, since I don't have one. Good luck to them.
